The IEHP Compliance, FWA, and HIPAA Privacy & Security Training Program is designed as an effective method of communicating to IEHP Team Members, Senior Leadership, Governing Board Members, Delegated Subcontractors, and Business Associates, that they are an integral part of the Plan’s commitment to:
- Prevent, detect, and report compliance concerns and potential FWA;
- Protect Member’s Protected Health Information (PHI); and
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
IEHP requires Delegated Subcontractors to provide Compliance Training to their employees, Providers, downstream entities, Board of Directors, and Contractors within 90 days of hire/start date, and annually thereafter.
