Living the Mission Awards
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is now accepting new applications and nominations for the 2026 Living the Mission Awards. The goal of this yearly recognition is to honor providers, community partners, and entities whose actions and contributions embody IEHP's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Interested individuals can submit applications via QR code or complete the nomination form and email it back to the IEHP selection committee.
All selections will occur by March 2026, and award winners will be honored at the next annual IEHP Mission Conference. The deadline to submit an application or nomination is February 13, 2026.
There are four different Living the Mission Awards conferred each year at the IEHP Annual Mission Conference, including:
- Optional Care Award
- Vibrant Health Award
- Creativity & Innovation Awards
- Inspire Award
